Warranty / Guarantee
Every item comes with a lifetime warranty. If there is a flaw with workmanship or material, I will personally fix it and make it a priority. Items that your pup thinks are a chew toy are not covered, but IÂ will work with you to correct it.
Custom Work
I currently do custom work. Please note that custom work carries long lead times depending on the product. If it's a small good the lead time is shorter. Large items like tote bags can have 1-2 month lead times. Please contact me if you are looking for a custom handmade leather good.
Return Policy
All sales are are final. If there is an issue I will gladly work with you to solve the problem.
